We have a 7-day return policy, which allows customers to request a return within 7 days of receiving their item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Orders are typically shipped within 2 to 4 working days. However, during busy shopping seasons or mega sales events, delivery may take up to 7 working days. Orders placed by 6:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day, while those received after this time will be dispatched the next day.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over the value of Rs.3000. For sale items, a delivery charge of Rs.200 will apply.
